Creator Jesus

Ephesians 3:8-13
To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ; to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him. Therefore I ask that you do not lose heart at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.
There's a lot in this one little paragraph.

I mainly wanted to post it because it points out that the person of the Trinity who created everything was Jesus.  We have the entire physical world, all that is in it, and all that is outside of it (all things) thanks to Him!

This paragraph also raises a couple questions for me as to what certain things mean.

It is the church which is to make known the manifold wisdom of God, not to the world (at least not from this passage), but to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places--with boldness and confidence no less!  How do we do that?

The other question this raises at the end is, how are Paul's tribulations for the Ephesians glory?  I can see how they would be for his glory on behalf of the Ephesians, but for their glory?
