Psalm 99-102; Romans 13

From today's Bible reading:

8:03 AM Psalm 99:
The LORD reigns; let the peoples tremble!
The King in his might loves justice. You have established equity; you have executed justice and righteousness in Jacob.
8:04 AM O LORD our God, you answered them; you were a forgiving God to them, but an avenger of their wrongdoings.

8:05 AM Psalm 100:
Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth! Serve the LORD with gladness!
Come into his presence with singing! Know that the LORD, he is God!
8:06 AM It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name!
8:07 AM For the LORD is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.

8:08 AM Psalm 101:
I will sing of steadfast love and justice; to you, O LORD, I will make music.
I will ponder the way that is blameless.
8:09 AM Whoever has a haughty look and an arrogant heart I will not endure.

8:11 AM Psalm 102:
My days are like an evening shadow; I wither away like grass.
But you, O LORD, are enthroned forever; you are remembered throughout all generations.
8:13 AM Of old you laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. They will perish, but you will remain

Romans 13:
Let every person be subject to the governing authorities.
8:14 AM there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God.
8:15 AM Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment.
rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad.
8:16 AM Therefore one must be in subjection, not only to avoid God's wrath but also for the sake of conscience.
For because of this you also pay taxes, for the authorities are ministers of God, attending to this very thing.
8:17 AM Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.
Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
8:18 AM you know the time, that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep.
salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed. The night is far gone; the day is at hand.
So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light.
8:19 AM put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires.
